I presume when you say top100 customers, you are identifying them by number of cases they have opened so far.Correct ?In that case you can click set sort desc on 'incident count' column (see GIF) and under Level menu select record limit to set the rows you want to see

This is what I'm trying to accomplish on one report. List by product the top 100 customers/organizations by the number of cases created for a specified time period. Product XYZ Customer # Case Created ABC 100 987 99 ..... 98 Product 123 Customer # Case Created ABC 100 987 99 .... 98

Ok..In that case you have to use custiom script as well. I have attached an xml report definition that List by product the top 3 customers by the number of cases created. See below image for custom script logic.
