Hello everyone, Although I have been actively reading the forums for about 18 months, I hadn't felt confident enough to contribute answers about a product I was still learning the quirks of. Until now I am now heading up PM and Engineering for Sony PlayStation's implementation of 8.5 Service Solution and currently commencing our 9.5 Customer Portal upgrade. http://playstation.custhelp.com Given the experiences of the past were taking this nice and slow and doing a thorough job. I'm happy to field questions and receive support from this thriving community where answers are often provided well in advance of the RNT ticketing services. Yes, I am an Aussie so feel free to swap 's' and 'z' and just mentally drop the 'u' where you think it doesn't add value. For the New Zealander's out there I haven't got the vowel substitution decoder ring implemented on the forum yet but I'm working on it! Cheers, Benji =-=-=-=-=-= Out-of-Box is just the beginning! Welcome to the Community, Benji. Don't worry about getting your feet wet here, just jump in and if you find yourself over your head then someone will throw you a rope (or jump in with you)! I spent a couple years in Australia (Perth) so it took me a bit after my return to lose the "z" and excess "u" but I sure miss the weather down there. Cheers,

Hi Benji, Yeah...way to cross the line and join the ranks of active participators! And great to see some folks from Down Under too. Are you going to the Asia-Pacific Summit next week? Also, thanks for your feedback on the responses and information you get from the RightNow Community. Great to hear, especially as we work to plan the re-design and re-launch of the RightNow Community. Best, Erica Leep Community Manager RightNow Technologies
