We use the KB part of tool.  It is time to do an internal survey of users to gauge their satisfaction with content, ease of use, successful searches, and responding to feedback.  Does anyone have some tried and true questions or directions to offer?

Thanks.

You'll be able to accurate measure satisfaction with a survey, but as far as 'ease of use' or 'successful searches' goes, you'd be better off conducting Usability Testing with users first hand.

One option with surveys would be to use the Topic Monitoring feature.  This allows you to ask open ended questions like "What do find to be most frustrating about the KB?" without having to define A,B,C,D type answers.  Users can simply type in an open-ended response like they were responding to a real person.  An AI algorithm then takes these responses and automatically organizes them into groups.

It's a pretty powerful tool....
