When laying out the survey components (Survey Explorer, Questionnaire tab), under Event Triggering elements on far right, there is "survey page" where you add survey questions, html content, etc. 

My question is is there a way to change the words on this icon from 'survey page' to something more descriptive since when designing these surveys, you have many of these icons all saying the same thing.  Setting the page title doesn't change the words on the icon. 

Any assistance anyone could provide would greatly appreciated to this newbie!
