When generating an autoincident via PublicAPI-CustomPHP, the incidents are being assigned a particular agent. The issues is that the auto incident createion script does not specify any staff account value for the 'Assigned To' field but somehow the Assigned To field is being populated with a particular agent name. Could this be a bug? Btw this staff account (agent name) is not at the top or bottom of the list either so it is bizarre how and why this value is being picked up. Any ideas?
