Capture the Case linking activity when merging a Knowledge Article Our agents are now linking Knowledge Articles to cases. However, when we want to merge two Knowledge Articles we would lose the Case linking activities. Is there a workaround to reapply the Case linking data from “Case 1” to Case 2” Thanks, John
