I am getting an error message "Monitor Operation Denied' when trying to click on the monitor button under Supervisors chat home snapshot on the production system while able to monitor multiple chat sessions without a problem on the test system. Has anyone ever experienced this error- "Monitor Operation Denied"? If so do you konw what the cause of this issue may be? Thanks Sangeeta sbhatia@tivo.com

This message is displayed when the supervisor is already part of the chat that they are attempting to monitor. The logic check is literally: if this chat_id already exists in the list of chats for this account show the message. I am not aware of any problems that make this check inaccurate. It enables the monitor button and shows the message rather than just disabling the button. Thanks, Mike RightNow
