Hi all, Is there a config setting so that when clicking Send on Save, the incident status defaults to something other than closed? In many of our service incidents, we request additional info from our students (we use incidents to follow up with students about submitting documents, etc.). Is there an option to change this setting? I could not seem to find it, but it is Friday after the Summit....I may not be on all cylinders yet. SB

Hey Sarah, welcome back from the Summit. Not only am I not firing on all cylinders but I can't even get my key into the ignition. Glad these things only come once a year otherwise I'd be on a liver transplant list. In regards to your incident status for Send on Save, open your workspace and click on the Send on Save checkbox (i.e. it selects the Incident Thread area). Click the Design tab and look for the Response Options control in the toolbar. Select the Response Options and at the bottom you'll see the Status Change On Response menu. Select the Waiting status and you should be set.
Not sure what version you're on but this screenshot is from Aug 09, however it's the same for most other versions including Nov 08. Cheers,
