I'm just wondering if anyone else out there runs RightNow on a terminal server environment and if so what issues have you run into getting everything together.  We run about half our staff on PC while the other half used thin clients connected to a terminal server and because of that usually upgrading can take us two months.  It usually ends up that our technical department is the ones slowing us down.

If anyone else is in the boat and maybe has a game plan when they upgrade that works for them please let me know, I would love to find any ideas that are better then what we currently do.
