Hi Dimitry,

This is possible starting with version 9.8. To enable it click on the RightNow Application Button and click 'RightNow CRM Options'. On the left side of the options dialog select 'View Option' and you should see a section titled 'Status Bar' inside of that section is an option to 'Show server time in the status bar'.

Could you please elaborate if the server time refers to the RN server's location or to the interface the user currently is on?

We used to have the clock on the status bar and it showed the time depending on the TZ_interface value that has been set.

If only the server time is displayed, it would be nice to have another option showing the interface's timezone as it would help agents scheduling call-backs based on the time the customer is currently in.

The "server" time is showing the time from the local PC synchronized to the server's time, but displayed in the current account's timezone. You can actually have the current timezone abbreviation displayed too, either by adding the "%Z" formatting string to the DTF_TIME configuration setting, or (on a per user basis) by clicking the "Display Timezone" in the RightNow CRM Options (which is always enabled in case the DTF_TIME setting already has the timezone format string in it):
