Hello Everyone -

Today, there is a single profile setting for usage of our new Cloud Monitor feature. It includes both search & respond in a single setting. I believe this setting should be split into at least 2 distinct settings. This would make it possible to specify that an agent could search, but not respond (and vice-versa).

What are your thoughts on this? Since there are 2 other actions agents can take (create an incident or ignore a result), would it be beneficial to see the 'ignore' action as a profile bit as well (incident creation already exists in a separate area)?
